Release of Chet: Hidden in the Heart

It has been a long time coming, but I’m delighted to announce the release of Hidden in the Heart, the third novel in the Chet series.

Synopsis: Months of heartbreaking toil is finally paying off for Charles and his new friends, the Saunders. In spite of the obstacles, hearts are healing as they forge a family from the bitter ashes of abandonment. Finally daring to believe there is hope for the future, Charles is unexpectedly confronted by the darkest nightmare from his past. Chet, the old ‘64 Chevy pickup that has saved them before, reveals a new power that could save them again. That, or perhaps destroy everything that’s most important to them.

The scheduled release date is the 26th of August, 2015. As of this evening I finished uploading the content to the last of the major book retailers. Assuming there are no problems with the review process, the eBook version should be available by the morning of the 26th.

For those of you who are waiting for the print version, unfortunately I’m still working to resolve the quality issue with the cover. The image adjustments have been made and I’m waiting for a new proof to determine the effectiveness of our efforts. The proof is scheduled to arrive on the 27th. I hope the image corrections will resolve the quality issue and I’ll be able to immediately publish the print version. I will of course let you know if there are any further delays.

For anyone who has not yet read the previous books in the Chet series, I’ve release an eBook bundle containing the prequel novella and the first two full length novels. The bundle is called The Emergence Collection and it is available from all the major book sellers. It’s currently priced at 40% off the list price of the individual eBooks. If you’d like to enjoy the previous books before reading Hidden in the Heart, you can pick it up from Amazon, iTunes, Barnes & Noble, Googleplay, or Kobo.

Finally, since the various retailers have not yet set Hidden in the Heart live, I’ve been unable to updated the product page with all of the purchase links. I’ll add the links as soon as the individual vendor pages go live.

Until next time, thanks for your support and I hope you enjoy Hidden in the Heart
